  • Provide Permission to Banyan Commerce so as to be listed in Banyan Commerce Partner Directory or Solution Guide
  • Allow Banyan Commerce to be listed on PARTNER's website as a "Partner"
  • Must have a solution focus
  • Must show evidence of financial stability
  • Must commit to providing quarterly forecast
